Each product is made to order. Please allow 1 week for processing and 1 week for shipping. Orders will be sent out in the order they are received. Some packages may be shipped sooner. If there is a time restraint please contact me. 

If not satisfied with an order- please contact me, I will do my best to make it right and item must be shipped back within 10 days of item received for a full refund.
